
Miss Dinah Recheal Blankson, a final-year B.Ed. (Arts) student of the French Department has won the
“2012 Let’s Go to France” competition organised by the French Embassy in Ghana.
12 students from five public universities in Ghana namely;University of Cape Coast University of Education,
Winneba, University of Development Studies, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and
the University of Ghana.
The competition was on the theme “Evolution of Women and Girls Rights in Ghana since Independence
and the Way Forward.” The entries were submitted in French.
For her prize, Miss Dinah Recheal Blankson will be spending 10 days in France, from 6th to 16th July, 2012.
All the travelling costs will be fully borne by the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. During her
stay in France, Miss Recheal will visit famous sites and also participate in other social events.
